Eligibility & Age Restriction

Peer Network is an online platform that permits user-generated content, including adult-oriented material.

Registration and use of Peer Network is strictly limited to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

If you are under 18, you may not register, access, or use the platform under any circumstances.

User-Generated Content & Responsibilities

Users may post, share, or otherwise distribute content on the platform. You are solely responsible for any content you submit and for ensuring that it complies with this Agreement.

Prohibited Content

The following categories of content are strictly prohibited and may not be posted, shared, advertised, or otherwise distributed on Peer Network:

• Frightening or Graphic Content: Excessively violent, shocking, or disturbing content.
• Clickbait or Misleading Content: Sensationalized or misleading headlines; content that misrepresents or omits material information.
• Controlled or Intoxicating Substances: Promotion, distribution, or facilitation of tobacco products, recreational drugs (whether legal or illegal), drug paraphernalia, or excessive alcohol use; depictions of alcohol use by individuals under the legal drinking age.
• Deceptive or Fraudulent Messaging: False claims, fraudulent offers, or misrepresentation of services/products; “free” offers that conceal costs, fees, or obligations.
• Defamatory or Profane Content: Defamatory, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise unlawful content; content using profanity, obscene language, or distasteful wording.
• Discriminatory or Hateful Content: Any text or imagery that promotes hate or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, sex, gender, religion, disability, age, language, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Unauthorized use of copyrighted works, trademarks, or patents; counterfeit, bootleg, or replica goods.
• Unsafe Health Claims: Content promoting unverified medicines, supplements, or health regimens lacking substantiation under applicable law.
• Weapons & Explosives: Promotion or facilitation of weapons, ammunition, explosives, or related instructional material.
• Other Prohibited Content: Academic paper-writing services, sale of degrees or transcripts from non-accredited institutions, or products/services of questionable legality.

Content Moderation Process

Reporting

Any user may report content (posts, comments, or profiles). Each user may report a given item once.

Automatic Hiding

When content receives five (5) reports, it is automatically hidden from the platform feed. A moderation review is possible after the first (1) report.

Review by Moderators

A Peer Network moderator reviews the reported content against these EULA rules. The moderator may determine:

• To Hide Content: Content remains hidden and could be accessible with consent.
• To Restore Content: Content is restored and visible again.
• To Remove Content forever: Content is hidden and cannot be accessed.

Restored Content

If the content was restored, it is not possible to report it again.

User Notifications

Users are not notified of moderation decisions. Users can see:

• Their ability to report an item once,
• The current report count of the item,
• If the content is hidden, and if the content is restored.

Disclaimer on Adult Content

Peer Network allows user-generated adult-oriented content. While moderation rules apply to all users, Peer Network does not guarantee the removal of all offensive or inappropriate material.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that you may encounter content of an explicit or adult nature.

If you are under 18, you are not permitted to access or use Peer Network.
